The focus of the organisation lies on collaboration of technology and health insurance industry to bring simplification, accessibility and personalisation to the customer. Vital or Lifefront Cover Private Limited is by no means an insurance company. We have been registered as a certified corporate agent with the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI).

The information available on Vital website is given by our insurance providers and therefore, we do not guarantee its reliability and validity. In this regard, Vital cannot be held liable in relation to any website information and recommendations. You as a consumer while using the website is responsible for the final choice of product and is suggested to read all the information given before taking any action. It is important to note that Vital is collecting premium on behalf of the concerned insurance provider.The acceptance of premium and final policy issuance is subject to the underwritten norms and discretion of the insurance company. In case of policy issuance, Vital ensures that the amount paid is refunded by the insurer.

And for that purpose, I further authorise Company to share/disclose the information to any third party service provider or any affiliates, group companies, their authorised agents or third party service providers.

Vital reserves the right to change this user agreement without any notice. As an informed customer, you acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this agreement from time to time to familiarize yourself with any alterations. Your regular use of this site after any alterations will constitute acknowledgement and agreement of the updated terms and conditions.

Responsible Use and Conduct

Vital related information, resources, services, products, and tools as provided on the website and accessed by you are on agreeable terms and conditions to be used directly or indirectly only for the purposes permitted by:

Limitation of Warranties

UNLESS OTHERWISE EXPRESSED, Lifefront Cover Private Limited. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
